As undocumented youth, we know that coming out and declaring your immigration status can be terrifying and emotional. But we also know that this is a necessary step in order for us to declare back our dignity and empower ourselves and our community. It’s important for us to embrace our stories and voices to show that we are not afraid and that we will no longer remain in the shadows. Together we can drop the fear and declare ourselves Undocumented, Unafraid, and Unapologetic!
